I’m currently leading Nova's design team from front to back, infusing UX and product thinking into AI-driven restaurant tech for meaningful impact.

With over a decade in design and a track record across industries from restaurant tech to fintech and telecom, I lead NOVA's design team to transform a previously design-underserved landscape into a powerhouse of innovation in just 10 months. I built and now lead a team of 8 designers, driving the design of AI-powered restaurant tech products—from a complete food ordering mobile app and Kiosk revamp to AI campaign tools—infusing UX and product thinking into every corner of our design systems.

At Simpplr, I spearheaded the mobile app design, event management workflows on the web platform, and frontline experiences across their intranet ecosystem. I led the creation of a robust design system and crafted intuitive multimedia and AI-powered search experiences that elevated user engagement. Earlier at Airtel, I drove a pivotal redesign of the recharge journey—reducing drop-offs by 37% and significantly boosting GMV—while also designing high-impact features such as rewards and missed-call alerts for the Airtel Thanks app, strengthening customer engagement and retention.

I've also had impactful roles at PayU, Khatabook, and Stylework—where I drove major design initiatives and helped Stylework secure its pre-Series A with a groundbreaking workspace management tool—I built a rich foundation of experience. Before these roles, I spent three formative years as a consultant for 15 early-stage startups across industries like healthcare, B2B compliance, and entertainment. This diverse consulting period honed my skills in visual and UX design, branding, and more, providing me with a versatile and comprehensive grasp of the entire design landscape.
